Simply fill out the order form and send it, along with payment, to the address found on the order form
Placing of order
Your Big Orange will be shipped within 10 days after receiving your order with approved credit. We will e-mail you immediately if there is any delay for any reason including credit problems. Product is generally in stock and in many cases will be shipped sooner than above. If you wish to pay by check rather than credit card you may mail the completed order form along with your check to Big Orange, 138 Rose Ave, Stouffville, ON, L4A 4J6. Paying by check will delay shipment approximately 15 days as the check will need to clear before the order is sent. Please note that any returned unpaid check is subject to a $25.00 service charge. Checks returned for insufficient funds or uncollected funds together with any service fee may be debited electronically from your account.
To place an order on line just complete the bill to and ship to and credit card information and calculate the sales tax if applicable. Indicate the items number, description, and number of units. Your total with shipping will appear on the form. Print the form and record the order number for reference. See the shipping section below for more details. All Ontario customers are subject to HST, all other Canadian orders are subject to GST. All prices are quoted in CAD. We are not responsible for any duties and/or taxes for out of country orders.
Forms of payment accepted
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. We also accept check or money orders with a completed order form. Wholesale accounts must accompany their payment with a purchase order indicating billing, shipping addresses along with product information. Shipping
Please inspect your merchandise immediately. If there is damage due to shipping, we must be notified by e-mail within three days of receipt of the goods. Be sure to tell us exactly what the problem is. We will send authorization to return your package or defective part and re-ship another to you free of charge. As a Reminder, you must have a return authorization attached to the return package. Your return authorization will advise what you should do about shipping costs. All returns without an authorization will be refused.
To check on delivery of an order please e-mail us. We will advise as soon as we check your order. Please include your Name, Address, Order Number, and Date of Order. Please also let us know about your special needs.
Over night or express shipments: Please e-mail us for freight charges and estimated delivery time. Wholesale Accounts: Please call 1-647-237-1355 or e-mail us at info@bigorangefilter.com for volume orders.
Limits of Liability
Neither Seller, nor any of its agents or employees shall be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of its product or web site information and assumes no responsibility for anyone's improper use of Big Orange. In no event shall Seller, its agents, or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of the web information or Big Orange. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury under any cause of action.
Seller warrants that goods ordered through this website are merchantable, of good quality, and free from defects, whether patent or latent, in material or workmanship.
Return Policy
Our goal is to make sure you receive the best value on every order placed with us. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with our product simply e-mail us within 15 days of your purchase and we will send you a return authorization to ship back Big Orange. However, due to the nature of the product all returned merchandise must be in "Unused" condition and in the original packaging. All components must be included in the package.
Authorized returns must be received within 14 days after return authorization is issued. Just apply the return authorization to the box and ship the product to us at the address on the Return Authorization. Do not send it to any other address. Upon receipt of the authorized return, we will refund the original purchase price of the product including taxes. Your refund will be in the same form as the original payment received from you. The return shipping charges must be prepaid by you. Any return shipped to us COD freight will be refused. Please allow 30 days or your next billing cycle for refund to appear on your credit card or Pay Pal account.
Refunds
If a refund is due, you will be refunded in the same method in which you paid for the merchandise. If a check refund is due, please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund. Refunds will be sent to and payable to the person whose name is on the order.
